The new code regulations and how they affect the popularity of ADUs

Since the change of codes and regulations in California in 2017, We have been

receiving a rather large demand for ADU projects. An ADU, or Accessory

Dwelling Unit, is a secondary housing unit on a residential single-family lot.

In the past few years these have begun to see them become extremely

popular, especially in Ventura County. Understanding the client’s needs and
